Episode 31 // Jane Bridge: Board Appointments Demystified

Bio:

Jane Bridge founded Boardroom Partners in 1999 after an early career in manufacturing in Ireland.  Jane came to Australia as a teacher/lecturer in NSW, working with TAFE, UNSW and Sydney College of the Arts with textile design and manufacturing students.

Jane then embarked on a career in HR management and policy work for state government before joining a small firm specialising in advising boards on matters relating to recruitment of directors and performance of boards.

In 2020, Jane sold her business to Johnson Partners and continues with the Board Practice in a larger firm with a strong executive search presence.

Jane is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; the Australian Institute of Management; the Australian Institute of Management Consultants and Chief Executive Women.  She has been a member of the Council of the University of Wollongong, and the Advisory Board for the School of Corporate Governance at the University of Technology.  She has qualifications in design, education and management and a Centenary Medal for services to women and business.
