Carolina has called multiple countries home throughout their life, including Brazil, Germany, and Italy. Her educational journey led her to study in both Germany and the United States, where she honed her skills and gained a global perspective.

With a passion for leadership, Carolina embarked on a top-tier management career, making significant contributions at multinational companies such as P&G, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck.

But Carolina decided to take a bold step in a new direction.
